Kick it up a notch


My fourth bread with olives and thyme
  • 1.5 cups of all-purpose white, 1.5 cups of whole wheat
  • 1.5 tsp salt: could reduce a bit to compensate for the saltiness of olives
  • 20 kalamata olives, chopped
  • thyme: liberal
