INGREDIENTS
Sour cherries, pitted: 3Kg
Sugar: 1Kg
METHODS
1. Mix cherries and sugar, leave in room temperature overnight. Juice will come out.
2. Boil cherries in their own juice. Before cherries shrink too much, take them out.
3. Continue boiling the juice until it turns into syrup.
4. Mix cherries and syrup. Keep in refrigerator.
